On the B48 it is the most constraining point in the circuit: replacing it is the only way to gain power, and only with a remap. Without it: sound, a little less weight, no horsepower. The 200-cell sport catalytic converter retains exhaust after-treatment; the 100-cell version and the catalyst-free variant do not.
