On this force-fed V8 it constrains the most: replacing it is the only way to gain power, and only with a remap. Without it, it is sound and a little weight, not power. The 200-cell sport catalytic converter retains exhaust after-treatment; the 100-cell version and the catalyst-free variant do not.
