The turbos already damp its sound, and the stock system completes the work. The ROG system replaces it with a valved system you control, without touching the engine or the ECU. Valves closed, you keep the comfortable stock sound. On this twin-turbo V6 it is the part that smothers the most. Replacing it is the only way to gain in power, and only with a remap. Without a remap you gain sound, a little weight, no power. The 200-cell sport catalytic converter retains exhaust after-treatment; the 100-cell version and the catalyst-free variant do not.
