Milltek vs Rog: how to choose your exhaust

The short answer. At Milltek, you choose the sound by buying a version, resonated or not, road or "Race", and the downpipe is ordered separately. At Rog, the system is a valved cat-back made from your VIN, straight pipe or resonator at the same price, in stainless steel or titanium, with a price shown on every product page, free delivery and a 3-year warranty.

The real differences with Milltek.

  • The choice of sound. Milltek offers its systems in resonated versions, more discreet, and non-resonated versions, louder, sometimes as a "Race System"; changing the sound means changing the part. On the Rog system, straight pipe or resonator at the same price, then valves open or closed on every drive.
  • The particulate filter. On several models, Milltek has separate systems for cars with or without a filter. The Rog system is made from your VIN, with or without a filter.
  • The material. At Rog, 304 stainless steel or titanium about 40% lighter for the same design, in a brushed, gold or purple finish.
  • The front section. At Milltek, the downpipe is ordered separately. At Rog, the downpipe or the manifolds, 200-cell or 100-cell catalysed, or decat, are an option on the same product page.

The price.

Milltek prices depend on the model, the version, the tips and the downpipe: we quote none of them. At Rog, every product page shows its price: from €2,490 for most hot hatches and six-cylinder cars, from €2,890 for the M3 / M4 G80 and the Audi RS3 8Y, with free delivery.

How to choose.

If you want to choose the character without buying another part, controllable valves, titanium in three shades and a price shown upfront, the Rog system is made for that. It is made in 20 working days from your VIN, which confirms compatibility before manufacture. Find the system for your car from our exhaust brand comparison.
