What Akrapovič offers for the M5 F90 and the M5 F10, what it costs, and what changes with a Rog system made from your M5's VIN.

The M5 Akrapovič: a Slip-On for the F90.

As of 6 November 2026, Akrapovič's catalogue offers a titanium Slip-On Line for the M5 F90 with particulate filter, meaning the rear part of the system; the carbon tips are a reference sold separately. For the M5 F10, the titanium Evolution Line is marked "Discontinued" on the brand's website: only tips remain there.

The Rog system replaces everything after the downpipes, on the F90 as on the F10, each with its own product page.

The price of the Akrapovič on the M5.

Akrapovič publishes no prices on its official website. At its official dealer in France, at the retail price checked in November 2026 and subject to promotions, the M5 F90 titanium Slip-On is listed from around €5,200, and its carbon tips from around €1,900 more. For the M5 F10, no system is offered any more.

At Rog, the price is shown on the product pages: from €2,890 in stainless steel and €3,890 in titanium for the M5 F90, from €2,490 in stainless steel and €3,240 in titanium for the M5 F10, with free delivery.

The S63 V8 sound: your choice.

The M5 F90 gets the 4.4-litre S63 twin-turbo V8, 600 hp or 625 hp in Competition form, 750 Nm; the F10 gets the S63TU with 560 hp and 680 Nm. Turbos inside the V, a particulate filter on the F90 and the silencers of a large saloon: as standard, you sense the V8 more than you hear it. The Rog system lets you choose:

  • the character, at the same price: straight pipe for the raw sound of the V8, or resonator for a rounder, slightly softer voice;
  • the material: 304 stainless steel, or titanium (+ €1,000 on the F90, + €750 on the F10), in a brushed, gold or purple finish;

  • the control, at the same price: your original valves, refitted on the system and still controlled by the drive modes, or Rog valves already fitted, with their remote;
  • the front section, as an option: 200-cell or 100-cell catalysed downpipes (+ €1,070 on the F90, + €1,280 on the F10), or decat (+ €770 on the F90, + €860 on the F10).

Valves open, the V8 regains a deep rumble at idle, a commanding climb through the revs and crisp crackles on lift-off. Valves closed, the M5 goes back to being the touring saloon, without drone. The system fits without welding, with clamps and gaskets, in about two hours at the garage of your choice.

Frequently asked questions.

How much is the Akrapovič exhaust on the M5 F90?

My M5 F90 is a Competition: does the system suit it?
Yes, the product page covers both versions from 2018 to 2023. For a 2017 car, send us the VIN: we check before manufacture.

Does the M5 need a remap?
Not for the cat-back. With the downpipes and a remap at an approved tuning centre, the published figures reach 720 hp and 780 Nm on the F90, 683 hp and 893 Nm on the F10.

Does the Rog system drone on the motorway?
No. With the valves closed, the gases flow through the whole rear silencer and the cabin stays calm at a steady speed.
