Our work starts well before manufacturing.

3D scanning and modelling
Every car is scanned in 3D (exhaust plus chassis) to guarantee a perfectly plug-and-play fit. That lets us use every available millimetre and avoid any mechanical stress.

Flow simulation (CFD)
Every system is developed with flow simulation so as to:

• optimise gas velocity
• limit turbulence
• guarantee a real gain, not just in sound

Frequency acoustics
The acoustic work is essential. We develop our systems to remove the resonant frequencies (drone) while keeping a strong mechanical character.

Genuine carbon
Our tips use real carbon, designed to take the heat and keep a flawless appearance over time.

Built-in heat protection (heat shield)
All our manifolds and downpipes come with heat protection.

We do not work on a mass-production basis.
