What changes once the line is fitted.
Five decisions are made at configuration. Both are heard.

Ti or stainless steel
Two materials to choose from
Stainless steel for strength, titanium for weight. The difference is felt from the first acceleration.

200 cells
Original or sport catalyst
Keep the original catalyst, or switch to the 200-cell sport catalyst, which keeps emissions control. The choice is made during configuration.

2 modes
Valve system
Closed day to day, open on demand, controlled by the ROG remote or integrated into the vehicle's original controls depending on the model. The control mode is chosen at configuration.

Bespoke tips
Carbon, chrome, gloss black or blued titanium: the tip matches your line. On BMW M cars, a Carbon M Perf range completes the choice.

Our process
From the modelling of your line to its delivery, six steps, all in our workshop.
Bespoke manufacturing
Every part is made with care: cold-bent tubes, TIG welds under argon shielding, and a polished finish that reflects the standards of our workshop.
Surface treatment
Acid passivation on T304 stainless steel and electropolishing on Grade 1 titanium. Total protection against corrosion, rust and the chemical attacks of the road.
Integration of the valve system
Assembly and adjustment of the motorised mechanism, wiring and opening and closing test before shipping.
Quality control & flow testing
Geometry check, exhaust flow test and validation of the welds before shipping.
