Return and refund policy - RogMotorsport

We apply a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with the tags and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, together with instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so that we can assess the problem and find a solution.

Exceptions or non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, in particular:
- Custom-made or personalised products.
- Personal care products (such as beauty products).
- Hazardous products, flammable liquids or gases.
- Sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to obtain a new item is to return the item in your possession and, once the return is accepted, to place a new order.

14-day withdrawal period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days.

The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn or unused, with the tags and in its original packaging, together with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds as store credit or replacement
Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you of its approval. Refunds are not made to the original means of payment, but in the form of store credit valid in our store or a replacement of the item, depending on your choice.
