The Audi A5 / A5 Avant B10 exhaust in detail.
The A5 B10 opens the 2025 generation with a 2.0 TFSI, a direct-injection turbocharged inline-four offered from 150 hp and 280 Nm up to 204 hp and 340 Nm depending on the version. The torque arrives early and carries the car effortlessly: a grand touring engine, built for flexibility. On a new car, silence is part of the brief, and the factory exhaust sticks to it.
A turbocharged four-cylinder does not have the voice of a six-cylinder, but it does have one: deep and even at idle, harder as the revs climb, with the turbo whoosh in the background. With the valves open, our valved cat-back gives it more roundness and presence; acceleration and downshifts can be heard, without excess. With the valves closed, the cabin stays calm and daily journeys are done without fatigue.
This page only offers the cat-back: there is no front section option for the A5 B10, for lack of a verified part. The engine and the ECU stay as Audi delivered them, and so does the factory emissions control. Without an ECU remap, the system changes the voice and slightly lightens the rear, not the power.
Fitting is done without welding, with clamps and gaskets, in about two hours, with round tailpipes. If the car has factory valves, the system retains their control; otherwise, the Rog remote, whose unit sits in the boot. The A5 can be ordered in 304 stainless steel, or in titanium around 40% lighter, matched to the car in brushed, gold or purple. The earlier A5 B8, B9 and 8T have their own pages.

Questions about the Audi A5 / A5 Avant B10 2.0 TFSI exhaust.
Are all A5 B10 2.0 TFSI models covered?
Our page targets the A5 B10 2.0 TFSI from the 2025 model year onwards, in its 150 or 204 hp version. Send us your VIN: we check compatibility before any manufacturing.
After fitting, does the 2.0 TFSI in the A5 B10 need to be plugged into a diagnostic tool?
No. The system works with the original engine management, and the engine keeps its power. As no front part is offered here, an ECU remap would bring no exhaust-related gain.
Audi A5 B10 2.0 TFSI EA888 with a Rog exhaust: what should you know about vehicle inspection?
The system fits after the factory emissions control, which does not change. Present the car with the valves closed and it returns to a sound close to how it was on delivery.
From order to road, how long for an A5 B10?
Allow 20 working days from confirmation to delivery, with free delivery, then about two hours of fitting at the garage of your choice.
Does the A5 Avant B10 take the same system as the saloon?
Yes. The A5 saloon and the A5 Avant B10 take the same Rog system: same chassis, same 2.0 TFSI, same clamp-and-gasket fitting. Your VIN is only used to confirm the version and model year before manufacturing.
Audi A5 / A5 Avant B10 2.0 TFSI: Does a valved exhaust system drone?
No. With the valves closed, the gases flow through the whole rear silencer and the cabin stays calm at a steady speed. Our Rog exhausts are designed to avoid drone. Learn more: Why our systems stay calm on the motorway.
Audi A5 / A5 Avant B10 2.0 TFSI: straight pipe or resonator?
On this model, two characters at the same price: the straight pipe for the raw sound of your engine, unfiltered, or the resonator for a rounder and slightly softer voice. Either way, the exhaust stays fully sporty. Learn more: Exhaust resonator: what does it do? Straight pipe or resonator, which sound to choose.
