Which valved exhaust for the Ford Ranger Raptor V6 3.0?
The Rog system for the Ford Ranger Raptor V6 (from 2023) is a valved cat-back exhaust in 304 stainless steel or titanium, built to your VIN for the 292 hp, 491 Nm V6 3.0 EcoBoost. Valves open, the pick-up gains a full V6 voice with the turbo audible under load; valves closed, it turns discreet again for daily driving and long journeys.
Sound, options and fitting in detail: our Ford Ranger Raptor V6 guide.
The Ranger Raptor is no ordinary pick-up, and its 3.0-litre EcoBoost petrol V6 reminds you of that with every acceleration: 292 hp, 491 Nm, a forced-induction engine that responds instantly. From the factory, though, the exhaust is designed so you can barely hear it, which sits poorly with the Raptor’s image.
This page is for the Ranger Raptor V6 built since 2023, and the system is built to your VIN, checked before manufacturing. With the valves open, the Rog valved cat-back gives the V6 a full, furious voice, an audible turbo under load and clear crackles on the overrun. With the valves closed, the pick-up regains its factory discretion, for everyday journeys as well as long trips.
The system installs without welding, with clamps and gaskets, in about two hours, and the factory valve control is retained if the Raptor has one; if not, the Rog remote and its unit take over. No front part is offered on this page: the system connects behind the factory front section, without an ECU remap, and the Raptor keeps its 292 hp. As for material, 304 stainless steel copes with winter and salt, while titanium, around 40% lighter for the same design, comes in brushed, gold or purple; the round tips stay black, in keeping with the Raptor’s spirit.

Questions about the Ford Ranger Raptor V6 3.0 exhaust.
Does the system for the Ranger Raptor V6 built since 2023 fit a Raptor from another model year?
The page covers the Ranger Raptor V6 3.0 built since 2023. For another model year, we make no claim in advance: send us your pick-up’s VIN, and we check compatibility before manufacturing.
Does the Ranger Raptor’s V6 3.0 need an ECU remap after fitting?
No, the cat-back keeps the factory map and the 292 hp. As this page offers no front part, the system works on the sound and the mass, without claiming any power gain.
Ford Ranger Raptor V6 3.0 EcoBoost with a Rog exhaust: what should you know about vehicle inspection?
Nothing is promised, but the configuration lends itself to it: the factory catalytic converters stay in place, as this page does not touch the front section, and with the valves closed the V6 returns to a sound close to standard.
Day to day, does a Ranger Raptor V6 with a Rog system fade into the background?
Yes, with the valves closed: the pickup stays discreet on the road, just as at an early morning start. You open them whenever you feel like it, via the factory control or the Rog remote, at any time.
Ford Ranger Raptor V6 3.0: Does a valved exhaust system drone?
No. With the valves closed, the gases flow through the whole rear silencer and the cabin stays calm at a steady speed. Our Rog exhausts are designed to avoid drone. Learn more: Why our systems stay calm on the motorway.
