The Jaguar F-Pace X761 V6 3.0 Supercharged exhaust in detail.
No turbo here: the F-Pace X761’s 3.0-litre V6 is boosted by a mechanical supercharger mounted in the vee and driven directly by the engine. Boost arrives from the lowest revs, with no lag, and the thrust stays linear: 340 to 380 hp and 450 Nm depending on the version, for the 2018 and 2019 model years.
The page is for this F-Pace V6; the 2.0 Turbo petrol and the V8 SVR have their own pages, and your VIN is checked before manufacturing. On this engine, the exhaust carries most of the character, which the factory system reduces to a murmur. With the valves open, the Rog valved cat-back lets the V6 growl at start-up and speak up clearly with every acceleration, with its gravelly grain and the whine of the supercharger; with the valves closed, the SUV becomes elegant and quiet again.
No welding is needed: clamps, gaskets and about two hours, with the factory valve control if the F-Pace has one, the Rog remote otherwise. For those who want to go further, the page also sells, under the name “Manifold”, the part that carries the catalytic converters just after the V6. On an F-Pace without a remap, it only changes the voice and saves a few kilos; remapped, the 380 hp SUV reaches the 420 hp and 504 Nm published in Stage 2. A 200-cell catalytic converter keeps emissions control, a 100-cell will be accepted or not depending on the vehicle and your country’s rules, and the decat version is reserved for track use, a rare use for a family SUV. The round tailpipes of the F-Pace V6 come in 304 stainless steel or titanium, around 40% lighter and finished in brushed, gold or purple.

Questions about the Jaguar F-Pace X761 V6 3.0 Supercharged exhaust.
Is the more recent inline-six F-Pace X761 compatible?
This page is for the 2018 and 2019 supercharged F-Pace V6 3.0; the more recent inline-six is not covered by the front section, and only a check of your VIN, before manufacturing, can settle the question.
Does the F-Pace’s supercharged V6 3.0 need an ECU remap?
The cat-back alone keeps the SUV’s factory map. With the front section, an ECU remap becomes necessary to gain horsepower: the 380 hp version then reaches 420 hp and 504 Nm according to the published figures.
Jaguar F-Pace X761 V6 3.0 Supercharged with a Rog exhaust: what should you know about vehicle inspection?
With the cat-back only or the 200-cell sports catalytic converter, emissions control is retained: present the car with the valves closed. The 100-cell brings more sound and flow, and whether it is accepted at the emissions test depends on the car and local rules; the decat version is intended for track use.
Why does the F-Type V6 3.0 page talk about “Manifold”?
It is the usual name for the option that replaces the front section, the part carrying the catalytic converters between the V6 and the cat-back. It is mainly aimed at owners planning an ECU remap; to transform the SUV’s voice, the cat-back is already enough.
Jaguar F-Pace X761 V6 3.0 Supercharged: Does a valved exhaust system drone?
No. With the valves closed, the gases flow through the whole rear silencer and the cabin stays calm at a steady speed. Our Rog exhausts are designed to avoid drone. Learn more: Why our systems stay calm on the motorway.
Jaguar F-Pace X761 V6 3.0 Supercharged: straight pipe or resonator?
On this model, two characters at the same price: the straight pipe for the raw sound of your engine, unfiltered, or the resonator for a rounder and slightly softer voice. Either way, the exhaust stays fully sporty. Learn more: Exhaust resonator: what does it do? Straight pipe or resonator, which sound to choose.
