    LamborghiniHuracán

The Lamborghini Huracán EVO / EVO Spyder exhaust in detail.

With the roof folded, the Huracán EVO Spyder’s 5.2-litre naturally aspirated V10 sits right behind its passengers: 640 hp, over 8,000 rpm and instant response. This page covers the 2019 and 2020 model years, without extending to later years. The Huracán STO, the Tecnica and the first Huracán have their own pages.

Even so, the stock system erases most of it, because it is sized for the regulations. With the valves open, our valved cat-back lets the ten cylinders use their full rev range, with sharp bangs on the overrun; with the valves closed, the Spyder becomes more civil for passing through a village or leaving early in the morning.

The reference we use for this cat-back includes a genuine silencer and titanium; it names the EVO Spyder and the STO, but not the Performante. Fitting is done without welding, with clamps and gaskets; the factory valves stay controlled by the car, or by the Rog remote if needed. Titanium around 40% lighter than 304 stainless steel, in brushed, gold or purple, or stainless steel for a full sound.

We also make the EVO Spyder’s manifolds for 2019 and 2020, sold on the page under the “Manifold” option, catalytic converters included. A Spyder taken out on fine days is better off staying with 200 cells, with emissions control maintained; the 100-cell ones are accepted or not depending on the car and the rules in your country, and the decat version is reserved for track use. Power, for its part, barely moves: 3 to 8% at best after an ECU remap.

Questions about the Lamborghini Huracán EVO / EVO Spyder 5.2 V10 exhaust.

Can a Huracán EVO coupé owner order this Spyder exhaust?

Yes. The Huracán EVO coupé takes the same Rog system as the EVO Spyder, with the same V10 and the same clamp-and-gasket fitting. Your VIN is only used to confirm the version and model year before manufacturing.

Why is no Stage 2 figure shown for the Huracán EVO Spyder?

Because the recorded figures do not agree between our sources, one of which uses US units. Bear in mind that, on this naturally aspirated V10, manifolds and an ECU remap bring a modest gain, from 3 to 8%.

Which Huracán EVO Spyder should be presented at the vehicle inspection centre?

Close the valves and the V10 returns to a presence close to stock. Emissions stay at stock level with the cat-back alone or 200-cell manifolds. The 100-cell is accepted or not depending on the car and the rules in your country, and decat manifolds restrict the Spyder to the circuit.

How long does it take to fit out a Huracán EVO Spyder?

The system is built to your VIN and arrives within 20 working days of confirmation, with free delivery. Fitting, without welding, is then done at the workshop of your choice.

Lamborghini Huracán EVO / EVO Spyder 5.2 V10: Does a valved exhaust system drone?

No. With the valves closed, the gases flow through the whole rear silencer and the cabin stays calm at a steady speed. Our Rog exhausts are designed to avoid drone. Learn more: Why our systems stay calm on the motorway.
