Configuration
Lamborghini Huracán Tecnica 5.2 V10 Valved Exhaust System (2022-2024)
Valves
Operated by remote control, factory-paired.
Estimated at 0.50 m from the outlet, 45°, 2,000 rpm with a warm engine. Allow ± 2 dB depending on the engine and measuring point. A 3 dB difference is audible in a direct comparison; 10 dB sounds roughly twice as loud.
Configuration guide
Sound intensity with the valves open, on a scale of 0 to 10.
| Configuration | Intensity |
|---|---|
| Decat manifolds + Rog cat-back | 10/10 |
| 100-cell sports catalytic converter + Rog cat-back | 9/10 |
| 200-cell sports catalytic converter + Rog cat-back | 8/10 |
| Rog cat-back only, factory catalytic converter retained | 7/10 |

The Lamborghini Huracán Tecnica exhaust in detail.
The Tecnica takes the STO’s mechanicals in a less extreme, road-oriented package: a mid-mounted 5.2-litre naturally aspirated V10, 640 hp and 565 Nm, rear-wheel drive, for the 2022 to 2024 model years covered here. The other Huracáns, from the first version to the STO, are dealt with separately.
An engine that just wants to be heard, and a factory exhaust that prevents it in everyday use: the voice stays clear at full load, much more subdued the rest of the time. With the valves open, our valved cat-back lets you hear the V10 as it really sounds, from the hoarse rumble at idle to the howl at high revs; with the valves closed, the Tecnica becomes a presentable GT again for a discreet arrival in a car park.
Nothing is welded: the system is fixed with clamps and gaskets. If factory valves are present, their control is retained; otherwise, the Rog remote, whose box finds its place on board, operates them with one button. Material of your choice between 304 stainless steel and titanium around 40% lighter, available in three finishes to match the bodywork.
The “Manifold” option sold on the page would replace the V10’s manifolds along with their catalytic converters; we have not yet documented one for the Tecnica, so we check the part against your VIN before manufacturing. If the part is confirmed, the Tecnica, a road GT above all, would be better off with 200 cells, emissions control kept; the 100-cell would be accepted or not depending on the car and the rules in your country, and the decat version is reserved for track use. And even remapped, this V10 would gain only 3 to 8%.

Questions about the Lamborghini Huracán Tecnica 5.2 V10 exhaust.
What is the difference between the Tecnica system and the STO system?
The mechanicals are the same, but the two cars each have their own page and their own reference. Order the one for your model: the VIN, checked before manufacturing, confirms the match.
Is a Stage 2 published for the Huracán Tecnica?
We do not display one, as the figure on the page is expressed in US units and differs from the guide’s. On this naturally aspirated V10, manifolds and an ECU remap only bring a modest gain anyway, 3 to 8%.
Vehicle inspection: in what state should a modified Huracán Tecnica be brought in?
With the valves closed, for a sound close to delivery condition, and with the cat-back alone or 200-cell manifolds, for intact emissions control. A 100-cell is judged case by case, according to the vehicle and your country’s rules; without a catalytic converter, the Tecnica is destined for the circuit alone.
Does the Tecnica need an ECU remap to take the cat-back?
Not at all: the Lamborghini engine management stays in place, and so do the 640 hp. Only the front section, once verified for your car, would justify an ECU remap.
Lamborghini Huracán Tecnica 5.2 V10: Does a valved exhaust system drone?
No. With the valves closed, the gases flow through the whole rear silencer and the cabin stays calm at a steady speed. Our Rog exhausts are designed to avoid drone. Learn more: Why our systems stay calm on the motorway.
