The Ferrari FF exhaust in detail.
Four seats, a shooting brake silhouette, four-wheel drive and a naturally aspirated 6.3-litre V12 mounted front-mid: the FF shook up Maranello’s habits without giving up the big engine. Its 660 hp and 683 Nm arrive without forced induction, with an immediate response. This page covers model years 2011 and 2012; the GTC4Lusso that succeeded it has its own system, and your VIN lets us confirm everything before manufacturing.
Deep and metallic at idle, the twelve-cylinder then climbs towards an ever higher, almost mechanical scream. In the FF, the factory exhaust delivers a tamed version, with the highs shaved off. With the valves open, the Rog cat-back gives it a real crescendo and downshifts with presence; with the valves closed, the car becomes the grand tourer again that takes four people a long way without tiring them.
Under this long front-engined chassis, fitting requires neither welding nor cutting: clamps, gaskets and about two hours on a lift. The valves follow the factory control if the FF has one, otherwise a Rog remote, whose box hides in the boot.
The FF’s front section is the pipes placed just after the manifolds, with the catalytic converter; the page sells them under the “Manifold” option. On a non-turbo V12, expect a modest gain, 3 to 8% once the ECU remap is done, and keep the 200-cell version if you want to retain emissions control. In 304 stainless steel or titanium, around 40% lighter and available in brushed, gold or purple, the system is chosen according to use: stainless steel for winters and long journeys, titanium for lightness.

Questions about the Ferrari FF 6.3 V12 exhaust.
I have a GTC4Lusso: can I fit the system designed for the FF?
No: it is designed for the 6.3-litre FF, 2011 and 2012 model years. Its two successors, the GTC4Lusso V12 and the V8-engined GTC4Lusso T, each have a dedicated page. If your FF falls outside those years, send us its VIN and we will check before manufacturing.
What would be the point of an ECU remap on the FF’s V12?
Not with the cat-back alone, which leaves the V12 and its management intact. With the sports front pipes, it becomes the real lever: the published Stage 2 figures for the FF are 719 hp and 738 Nm.
Ferrari FF V12 6.3 with a Rog exhaust: what should you know about vehicle inspection?
The configuration helps a lot: with the valves closed, the V12 returns to a sound close to stock, and emissions control stays in place with the factory front section or the 200-cell. As for 100-cell pipes, they are accepted or not depending on the car and the rules in your country, and a decat FF never leaves the confines of the circuit, for which this version is reserved.
On a long journey in the FF, does the exhaust drone?
With the valves closed, the gases flow through a silencer designed for cruising: no drone at a steady speed, which matters on a car built to cover long distances with four on board. You open them when the road allows.
