    LotusEvora

The Lotus Evora GT410 exhaust in detail.

On a driver’s car like the Evora GT410, sound is part of the dialogue: it tells you where the engine is and when to change gear. The factory exhaust filters that dialogue. With the valves open, the Rog cat-back restores the conversation, the hoarse rumble of combustion and the whine of the supercharger rising with load; with the valves closed, the GT410 regains a calmer sound for long journeys.

The page is for the Evora GT410 and its 3.5-litre supercharged V6, 416 hp and 410 Nm. It does not specify model years; our data refers to the GT410 from 2017 to 2019. The Evora 400 and Sport 410 are not covered by this reference, which does not mean they are excluded: your VIN lets us check before manufacturing.

Under the “Manifold” option, the page sells the V6’s front section, catalytic converter included. Without an ECU remap, it only adds sound and a little lightness; with one, it opens the way to more power, depending on the car and the tuner. Fitted in 200-cell form, it preserves emissions control, and the decat version is reserved for track use.

Two hours on a lift are enough for a mechanic to fit it, with band clamps and gaskets, without a single weld. Factory control retained for cars with factory valves, the Rog remote for the others. Choose 304 stainless steel or titanium, around 40% lighter for the same design, in brushed, gold or purple.

Questions about the Lotus Evora GT410 3.5 V6 exhaust.

Can my Evora 400 take the GT410 system?

Our page only names the GT410; so we do not automatically extend it to the Evora 400 or the Sport 410. The safest option remains to give us your Evora’s VIN, checked before manufacturing starts.

Does an equipped GT410 gain horsepower?

The cat-back alone adds none: it works on the sound and lightens the rear of the GT410. With the sport front section and an ECU remap at an approved tuning centre, the supercharged V6 gains; the gain depends on the car and the tuner.

What is needed to present a GT410 at vehicle inspection?

An exhaust with its valves closed, bringing the V6 back to a level close to stock. With the original front section or the 200-cell manifolds, emissions control stays active. The 100-cell version remains a special case, accepted or not depending on the car and the rules in your country, and a GT410 running without a catalytic converter leaves the road: this version is reserved for track use.

Without factory valves, how is the GT410’s exhaust controlled?

With the Rog remote: a discreet box in the boot, two buttons, open or closed at any time, whatever the mode. We stay available during fitting if your mechanic has a question.

Lotus Evora GT410 3.5 V6: Does a valved exhaust system drone?

No. With the valves closed, the gases flow through the whole rear silencer and the cabin stays calm at a steady speed. Our Rog exhausts are designed to avoid drone. Learn more: Why our systems stay calm on the motorway.
