The Lotus Evora S exhaust in detail.
On the Evora S, the 3.5-litre 2GR-FE V6 receives a positive-displacement supercharger driven by the engine: 350 hp and 400 Nm, delivered without delay from the first press of the accelerator. The page covers the 2010 to 2015 model years, with manual as well as IPS automatic gearbox. The naturally aspirated Evora and the Evora GT410 have their own exhaust; we use your VIN to confirm yours before manufacturing.
Two voices overlap: the gravelly, metallic rumble of the V6, and the whine of the supercharger rising with load. Just behind your shoulders, this blend should be the heart of the experience; the factory exhaust turns it into polite background noise. With the valves open, the Rog cat-back brings both back to the foreground; with the valves closed, the Evora S returns to the manners of a GT.
The page offers the front section as an option, under the name “Manifold”: on this supercharged engine, these are the manifolds, with the catalytic converter, whose 200-cell version keeps emissions control. Without an ECU remap, expect sound and a little weight saving; with one, the Stage 2 figures published on the page are around 405 hp and 455 Nm with the manual gearbox, 395 hp and 440 Nm with the IPS.
For fitting, allow about two hours in the workshop: clamps and gaskets, without welding, under the Evora S’s chassis. Factory valves retained if they exist, the Rog remote otherwise. Titanium lightens the system by around 40% for the same design and comes in brushed, gold or purple; 304 stainless steel counters with a rounder sound. Three tip finishes complete the package: chrome, gloss black or blued titanium.

Questions about the Lotus Evora S 3.5 V6 exhaust.
Does the Evora S system fit the Evora GT410?
No: both share the supercharged 2GR-FE base, but the more powerful GT410 is covered on a separate page. This one targets the Evora S from 2010 to 2015. The VIN, sent with your order, lets us check before manufacturing.
Manual or IPS, what gain can a remapped Evora S aim for?
Not for the cat-back alone. With the sports manifolds, an ECU remap makes the difference: the page publishes around 405 hp and 455 Nm at Stage 2 for the manual gearbox, 395 hp and 440 Nm for the IPS.
My Evora S with a Rog system is due for its vehicle inspection: what should I plan for?
Close the valves: the V6 and its supercharger become discreet again. The 200-cell manifolds or the original front section keep emissions control. If you are aiming for the 100-cell manifolds, be aware that they are accepted or not depending on the car and the rules in your country. The decat version, for its part, is reserved for track use and has no place on the long road trips the Evora S loves.
On long stages, does the Evora S drone?
With the valves closed, the gases flow through a silencer designed for cruising: no resonance at a steady speed, which matters on the most road-oriented Lotus. You open them again as you leave the motorway.

Lotus Evora S V6 supercharged: the whine thrown in, the exhaust system guide
The Evora S is the Lotus for long journeys: mid-engined, with a sharp chassis and a cabin more liveable than those of its hardcore cousins. Its 3.5-litre V6 gains a supercharger here, for 350 hp and 400 Nm, but the...
