The Maserati Levante V6 3.0 exhaust in detail.
A Maserati SUV has to have a voice. This one, the 2017 to 2022 Levante V6, has one: its 3.0-litre twin-turbo V6, assembled in Maranello or derived from Nettuno technology depending on the generation, develops 350 or 430 hp and up to 580 Nm, with a naturally warm tone. Its factory exhaust, however, is made so that you do not hear it.
With the valves open, the Rog valved cat-back releases this brassy tone, expressive at high revs, punctuated by crackles on the overrun; with the valves closed, the Levante regains the discretion of a prestige SUV, for town and long stages. The system is built to your VIN, which we check before production.
Allow about two hours for fitting, using clamps and gaskets, no welding, preferably on a lift. If the Levante has factory valves, their control is retained; otherwise, the Rog remote and its box in the boot take charge.
Under the “Manifold” option, the page sells the front part that follows the V6’s turbos. On its own, it changes sound and weight, not power; with an ECU remap, the published Stage 2 figures for the 430 hp version reach 532 hp and 730 Nm. On the Levante, as much a family SUV as a car of character, the 200-cell version keeps emissions control, the 100-cell version will be accepted or not depending on the car and the rules in your country, and the decat version is reserved for track use, which this SUV rarely visits. Its four round outlets come in 304 stainless steel, which faces winter and salt without trouble, or in titanium, around 40% lighter and finished in brushed, gold or purple.

Questions about the Maserati Levante V6 3.0 exhaust.
Do I need to distinguish the 350 hp Levante V6 from the 430 hp one when ordering?
No, the page covers the 2017 to 2022 Levante V6 3.0 in both power outputs; as our parts do not name the versions, your VIN is simply checked before manufacturing.
After fitting the cat-back, does the Levante V6 need a new map?
Not at all: the factory engine management suits the cat-back alone. An ECU remap only makes sense once the front part is added, up to the 532 hp and 730 Nm published for the 430 hp version.
When it is time for vehicle inspection, does a Levante V6 with a Rog system need any preparation?
With the valves closed, to regain the discretion of a standard SUV, and with the factory or 200-cell front part, for active emissions control. The 100-cell depends on the vehicle and the country; the decat version does not leave the circuit.
Does the Levante V6 with the Rog system stay discreet with the family?
Yes, with the valves closed: no drone on the motorway, a calm cabin. The V6’s tone returns on request, via the factory modes or the Rog remote.
