Operated by remote control, factory-paired.
Estimated at 0.50 m from the outlet, 45°, 2,000 rpm with a warm engine. Allow ± 2 dB depending on the engine and measuring point. A 3 dB difference is audible in a direct comparison; 10 dB sounds roughly twice as loud.

The Lexus LC500 Z100 V8 5.0 exhaust in detail.
The LC500 is probably the finest showcase for the 2UR-GSE: a naturally aspirated 5.0-litre V8 with 457 to 477 hp and 530 to 540 Nm depending on the version, housed in a large Z100 coupé produced from 2018 to 2026. An engine that loves high revs, assembled with watchmaker precision, but a factory exhaust that filters out most of it before it reaches your ears.
The parts on this page were selected for the LC500 alone, even though the 2UR-GSE also powers the IS F, RC F, GS F and IS500. With the valves open, the Rog valved cat-back gives the 2UR-GSE greater presence from idle and an increasingly pure crescendo towards 7,300 rpm; with the valves closed, the LC500 becomes the hushed grand tourer that eats up long stages again.
We build the system to your VIN, checked before production, and it fits with clamps and gaskets, without welding, in about two hours. The valves follow the original control if the car has it, otherwise the Rog remote.
Under the coupé’s long bonnet, the original manifolds incorporate the catalytic converter, and they are what the page’s “Manifold” option replaces. Combined with an ECU remap, they bring a real but modest gain, in the order of 3 to 8% on this naturally aspirated engine; without it, it is the voice that improves. For a grand tourer that spends most of its life on the road, the 200-cell version keeps emissions control, the 100-cell version will be accepted or not depending on the car and the rules in your country, and the decat version is reserved for track use, a marginal use for an LC500. The four round outlets keep the restraint of the original design, whether in 304 stainless steel or titanium, the latter saving nearly 40% of the weight.

Questions about the Lexus LC500 Z100 V8 5.0 exhaust.
Does a 2018 LC500 Z100 take the same exhaust as a 2026 model?
Yes, the page covers the LC500 with the 5.0 V8 over the whole 2018-2026 period, from 457 to 477 hp depending on the version. As the parts were selected for this model alone, we still check your coupé’s VIN before manufacturing.
Does the LC500 Z100 coupé need a visit to a tuner to make the most of the system?
Not with the cat-back alone, which keeps the factory management. With the manifolds, an ECU remap brings a few per cent, roughly 3 to 8%; on a naturally aspirated V8 like this, it is the crescendo people come for first.
Can the LC500 Z100 with the Rog system go for its vehicle inspection?
Yes, with the valves closed and factory or 200-cell manifolds: the coupé then regains its hushed voice and active catalytic converters. 100-cell manifolds remain subject to the assessment specific to each country and each car, and decat ones are reserved for the track.
Stainless steel or titanium for the LC500’s four tips?
304 stainless steel complements the V8’s bass and stands up to winter. Titanium lightens the system by around 40% for the same design, brings a more crystalline note towards the red line and comes in brushed, gold or purple.
Lexus LC500 Z100 V8 5.0: Does a valved exhaust system drone?
No. With the valves closed, the gases flow through the whole rear silencer and the cabin stays calm at a steady speed. Our Rog exhausts are designed to avoid drone. Learn more: Why our systems stay calm on the motorway.
Lexus LC500 Z100 V8 5.0: straight pipe or resonator?
On this model, two characters at the same price: the straight pipe for the raw sound of your engine, unfiltered, or the resonator for a rounder and slightly softer voice. Either way, the exhaust stays fully sporty. Learn more: Exhaust resonator: what does it do? Straight pipe or resonator, which sound to choose.

Lexus LC 500 exhaust: enhancing the naturally aspirated V8, the complete guide
The LC 500 is the concept car approved for the road: an unreal design, and the naturally aspirated 5.0 V8 at its most theatrical. Its factory exhaust is refined, but the 5.0 has a higher crescendo that it never delivers....
